bebrave lab — hero preview

Every transformation starts with a map — organization design hero

Organization design

Every transformation starts with a map.

See your whole organization on one page — drawn with your people, not about them — and design it into an organization where people, planet and business flourish.

Most transformations fail — roughly three out of four. Not because people resist change, but because organizations pull one lever at a time: a new structure here, a culture program there, an AI & strategy deck nobody can picture. The parts never meet.

An organization is a living system. Mindset, leadership, structure and culture move together or not at all. So before we change anything, we make everything visible — on one map.

How we work is why it works

Eight principles run through everything bebrave lab does — from a one-hour keynote to an end-to-end organization design engagement. They come from a decade of strategic and systemic design practice, and from a simple observation: organizations don’t change because someone wrote a better plan. They change when the people inside them can finally see the whole — together.

Visual

We draw strategy instead of writing it. A map on the wall does what a deck in a drawer never will: it lets a whole room think together. You can't redesign what you can't see.

Holistic

Mindset, leadership, structure, culture — one map, four quadrants, many living systems, no blind spots. We never optimize a part at the expense of the whole.

Nested

People sit inside teams, teams inside organizations, organizations inside society and the living world. Every design choice has to work at every level — that's why our maps are circles inside circles. See the diagram below.

Participatory

The people who live the system map the system. Diagnosis is done with your organization, never to it — because a map people helped draw is a change they've already begun.

Systemic & strategic

We work on the connections — between purpose, value proposition, business model, structure, capabilities and culture. That's where strategies succeed or quietly die.

Emergent

Living systems aren't rolled out. Most organizations review strategy once a year — but strategy and purpose are not annual events. They live. We move in short cycles — map, sense, experiment, learn.

Regenerative

The bar is no longer “do less harm.” We help you design an organization the world is better off for having. This is flourishing. Frederic Laloux called it Teal.

Open

Nothing here is imposed. You decide what to undertake, how far to evolve, and what action suits you best. The system sets its own pace; we hold the space.

Nested, not siloed
